I created the following policies for legal reasons and to help guide you in the use of Foxway.com. I tried to put them in plain language anyone can understand. I don't know all of the "legalize" you should use when preparing policies like these, so I've tried to just give you my intent. As much as I think that children should be in on the budgeting and saving process, I think this is a decision that is best left up to the parents and family. Therefore, if we determine that anyone under 13 years of age has registered for something we offer, we will immediately delete their information from all of our records. We don't want to have any information stored anywhere about kids who visit this site.

We do not control our link partner sites so we cannot speak for them. You will have to examine their terms and condtions of use and privacy policy yourself. Use your own judgement as to how to proceed with them. However, if any of our partners are found by us to be abusing their own policies and their relationship with visitors we have sent them, we want to know about it. Email me if you think they are violating their own policies. If we find them to be blatanly and willfully violating their own policies, we will drop them like a hot rock.

We do not "spam" anyone and have no patience with those who do. We all get enough email as it is without some Russian email spammer adding to the problem. Unless otherwise stated in this policy, you won't get any communication in any form from us unless you have specifically requested it. Our Newletter is "double opt-in" meaning you have to confirm you requested it. Any requested information from Foxway.com can be stopped at any time by following the directions at the bottom of the email. If that doesn't work, just email me with a removal request and I will personally remove you from our mailing list. For goodness sake, who would want to send information to someone who clearly doesn't want it? That is objectionable and rude and besides, it just isn't right.
