Foxway recruits a new Business Area Manager to scale up the circular lifecycle offering

The focus on sustainability and digitalization are more relevant than ever. During the last years Foxway has seen an increased demand from the customers for IT equipment and circular services, to be able to match the new requirements from society and the end-users. As a part of the digital investment going forward, Foxway welcomes Jonas Grönqwist in the role as new Business Area Manager for the Digital Workplace at Foxway.

Jonas Grönqwist most recently came from Sony in the role as Country Sales Manager. With more than 25 years of experience from the telecom and consumer electronics industry, Jonas is looking forward to the role of leading the Digital Workplace division with nearly 300 employees. 
 
-Foxway is an interesting player in the market, with a completely unique and sustainable business model. My focus will be on further develop the circular business to create even more sustainable services and better customer experiences. At the same time, culture and leadership questions are important areas for me. Companies that have grown so strong during the recent years, like the journey Foxway has done, leadership and the common culture will be key factors moving forward, says Jonas Grönqwist. 

There is no doubt that there is a strong need for circular IT services and products. Foxway has a strong organic growth the recent years, and has gone from 250 employees to around 1100 employees in just three years. Through strategic acquisitions, the group has also broadened the business, expanded to new markets, and gained valuable expertise to the company’s portfolio. This has required internal flexibility and finding new scalable solutions going forward. 
 
– Jonas Grönqwist has many years of experience from the industry and will be able to move Foxway in the right direction forward. Our primary focus will always be our employees. They are the ones who create great customer experiences that adds value for our customers and end-users. Jonas has extensive experience of working with change management, customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with partners. I am convinced that Jonas will add both internal and external expertise by putting the employee and the customer in focus to shape the company culture forward, says Martin Backman, CEO of Foxway Group.
