Reports & Policies

Digging into data

We work hard to impact society on a social, environmental and economic level. By constantly challenging the status quo on a local and global market, we make sure to strive to change peoples’ way of consuming.

Our reports not only help us understand and manage our impact, but they also help us maximize the positives while minimizing the negatives.

CSRD

Most of our partners and clients fall under the frameworks of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

This means that Foxway, along with our partners, must conduct a thorough double materiality analysis to document the impact of our business in both planetary and financial terms. Additionally, all enterprises will be required to disclose relevant sustainability data, such as carbon and waste footprints.

You can find Foxway’s legacy disclosures based on Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) from 2022 onward here. Starting in the reporting year 2025, we will publish sustainability data according to the ESRS standard, disclosing all required KPIs in line with CSRD (including EU taxonomy alignment) in our financial report.

Since Foxway’s core business model is built on a circular economy, we will strive to ensure that our revenue remains sustainable and compliant with the new EU standards (ESRS E5) as part of our long-term strategy. As a Foxway partner and customer, you can expect us to accurately report on your business relations with us accordingly.

As our customer, we support you with the following reporting and initiatives related to CSRD compliance.

  • Transparent and accurate CO2 data (based on the GHG reporting standards) regarding your services and products from Foxway, including energy use and logistics.
  • Transparent and accurate data regarding waste, recycling, and circular use.
  • Proportion of ESRS E5 transactions (circular revenue).
  • Processes and actions taken to reduce your organization’s carbon footprint and waste.
  • Participate in your materiality analysis.
  • Advisory on reducing the negative footprint from tech.
  • Education, support, and knowledge in the sustainability and social aspects of the tech industry.
  • Responsible sourcing, proper audits, and follow-up on our supply chain.
  • Honest and engaged feedback on Foxway’s operations and business.

* Foxway has had no breaches to the Code of Conduct in recent years
