Readiness review is a consultancy service that takes you from your current situation to a clear action plan for a scalable Apple platform. The program is led by Foxway, combining Apple’s frameworks, Foxway’s methodology, and your organization’s goals. By considering everything from infrastructure and security to user experience, you’ll gain a comprehensive view of your current status, potential risks, and the actions needed to achieve zero-touch deployment and optimal productivity on Mac, iPad, and iPhone.

What we do

We begin with preparatory planning calls to define stakeholders and objectives. This is followed by on-site workshops where we analyze identity management (SSO and MFA), MDM strategy, network & Wi-Fi, email and collaboration platforms, application portfolio, and security baselines such as FileVault, Gatekeeper, and patch routines. We also map out your lifecycle processes—procurement, deployment, support, and recovery—and evaluate them against Apple’s best practices. The insights are compiled into a Readiness Report with prioritized actions, a timeline, and a Readiness report. After delivery, we hold regular online meetings tied to the implementation timeline.

Outcome

You receive on-site feedback and a Readiness Report that shows exactly where you stand. The recommendations provide a clear roadmap for zero-touch deployment, security policies, and support workflows—reducing risks, boosting productivity, and shortening time-to-value for both IT and end users.
